Team Visual Computing
Objectives
The acquisition, processing and generation of visual data is a key competence in many areas of research and industry. The Visual Computing Team at Coburg University designs and develops technologies in the fields of computer vision, human-computer interaction, mixed reality, computer graphics, data compression and visualization. Our aim is to develop innovative methods and algorithms in these areas and to transfer this knowledge to industrial applications. In the tradition of integrated teaching and research, the Visual Computing Team prepares students for future tasks and challenges.
Members of the Visual Computing Team are actively involved in the "Analytics4Health" Doctoral Center at Coburg University of Applied Sciences, which has been granted the right to award doctorates by the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts on 26 September 2023.
