Integrative Health Promotion goes Georgetown University

Two scientists from Coburg University visited the Georgetown University in Washington. Anne Weber and Andreas Nagel (academic program: Integrative Health Promotion) held guest speeches in the field of Clinical Bioethics. They presented the results of research projects they completed in Washington with Dr. James Giordano, Chief of the Neuroethics Studies Program and Professor in the Department of Neurology and Biochemistry.

Anne Weber spoke about the role of Resilience in Fortifying Physicians' Agency in the Current Milieu of Medical Practice.

Andreas Nagel took a closer look at the use of Virtual Reality in Health Promotion Research and Practice. He supports the hypothesis, that it’s necessary to create an ethic for emerging applications.
